			in den items nicht einfach deutsche Sonderzeichen reinschreiben, dass kann
			das System nicht lesen oder interpretieren. Allerdings funktioniert die

Question about the special german characters...

Hi my name is Andreas from Germany...

I am a bit proficient with XML and special characters...
My Question here is: Is there a XML-Scheme or a DTD available
which considers the german "Umlaute" like ä ö ü ß
(or otherwise: ä ö ü ß)
which are in fact nothing else than: ae oe ue sz...
could be sometime really usefull, because in sometime there are
many <items> in this list which are requiring the german....
(french, spanish, etc) special characters.
