This at the moment is no man&amp;#039;s lands because it&amp;#039;s not loaded by the server at startup, and is not a guildhouse and so not loaded dynamically.&lt;br /&gt;

Based on the lock item_instances id we determine the instance where the guildhouse is located. Anyway guildhouses have unique coordinates and are neven overlapping. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
At the moment the lowest one is &amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;1000&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
